Amidst the wonders of the Monferrato district, in the Castelnuovo Don Bosco, area, we’re able to boast several monuments of considerable historical and artistic importance:
the “Tempio Colle di Don Bosco” with two churches one above the other and the birthplace of St. Giovanni Bosco which is connected to the museum of peasant life in the eighteen hundreds (tel 011-9877162 / 011-9877111 – info@colledonbosco.it).

Vezzolano Abbey (see photo above) a church dating back to XIIth Century with a Romanesque facade and its noteworthy “Narcete” with bass-relieves in polished lime and frescoed “Chiostro”.
